• SRC will not knowingly infringe on an organization’s or an individual’s intellectual property.
• SRC aims to develop and commercialize new technologies while balancing the best interests of SRC, the public, inventors and its clients.
• Licensing agreements between SRC and its clients will include appropriate levels of access to SRC’s expertise.

• SRC owns 29 patents in nine patent families.
• SRC employees have been listed as inventors on at least seven patents external to SRC.
