On February 6th, SRC received an Excellence in Immigrant Integration award at the Annual Diversity Awards Gala.
The event, hosted by the Saskatoon Open Door Society, celebrates local individuals and businesses who demonstrate leadership in workplace diversity and inclusiveness toward new immigrants.

Our Commitment to Diversity
SRC strives to build a diverse workforce fostering creativity and innovation. With 350 employees, 22 per cent of whom self-identify as visible minorities, inclusion and respect are key strengths in our organizational culture. Recognizing the needs of individual employees, SRC provides job coaching and skills training, as well as tuition subsidies for university courses, including English as a Second Language.
We are also registered with the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, supporting permanent residency applications of employees. In the past year, eight employees have made successful applications for nomination into the program.
