Kanata Earth Genetics Inc. ("Kanata Earth") and the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC") today announced they are collaborating to provide cannabis testing services to Canadian licensed producers. SRC's extensive analytical testing portfolio coupled with Kanata Earth's genomic services will provide licensed cannabis producers with a complete solution for their testing needs.
SRC is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation in the Province of Saskatchewan and shares many of the same values with Kanata Earth in quality, safety, and confidentiality. SRC Environmental Analytical Laboratories is accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard by the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation Inc. for numerous testing procedures and have over 60 years of analytical experience, and 10 years of experience working with cannabis.
Based in Saskatoon, Kanata Earth Genetics Inc. is a research company led by some of Canada's most senior plant biologists and cannabis experts. Kanata Earth is excited to bring SRC's expertise and experience in testing to licensed producers to raise the bar across the industry.
